Carlos went above and beyond my expectations for buying a home! He is a true professional who worked hard for us whenever we asked. We started looking a little earlier than needed, but we never felt forgotten. We were in two different states, (three different time zones between the three of us), and that never slowed him down! That was a ton of work in itself, but never an issue for him. He took the time to really inspect the homes we looked at and answered every question we asked at all times of the day, including information about the area. He is very knowledgeable! If he was not available, he was quick to get back to us. What really sets him apart is his dedication to his clients. It was a stressful move for me on my own, and he eased so much of that for me helping me through the loan process, checking on the house, and then helping me with get settled with recommendations I asked about for immediate new house projects (including lawn services).
